to join our Engineering Controller’s Office team in our Szentendre office.

You have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.You bring 1+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, or are a recent graduate who is highly motivated to develop a career in finance.You’re fluent in English, both spoken and written.You have strong Excel skills and are confident using other MS Office tools. Experience with data analytics tools like Power Platform or Alteryx is a major plus.You understand how the income statement and balance sheet work together.You are eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentHave a strong sense of ownership and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

What will be your roles and responsibilities in this role?
Track & Manage Engineering Purchase Orders from a financial perspective, ensuring accuracy, control, and transparency.Approve or reject engineering orders based on budget constraints and alignment with strategic priorities.Partner with business stakeholders and senior finance analysts to support monthly forecasts and planning cycles. Drive improvements in the approval and reporting processes – simplify, automate, and strengthen controls.Create smart, insightful reports that help finance leaders, analysts, and business teams make informed decisions. Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and reallocations to ensure accurate financial reporting.Be a partner in building scalable tools and insights to help engineering and finance teams work smarter.
