Engineering Documentation Coordinator

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ **Oracle System Data & BOM Management** : Create, maintain, and release Bill of Materials (BOM) for new and changed products within the Oracle system, ensuring accuracy in structure, quantities, and parent-child relationships.
+ **Engineering Change Management** : Receive, enter Engineering Change Requests (ECR) within the Oracle system, ensuring accuracy in structure, quantities, and parent-child relationships.
+ **Documentation Management:** Manage the storage, access, and distribution of all controlled documents within the Product Lifecycle
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement** : Act as the primary point of contact for all BOM and documentation-related queries from R&D, Sourcing, and Manufacturing teams. Continuously identify and implement improvements to data management and document control processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
+ **Other tasks assigned by the company** .

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ College or equivalent degree, majoring in Mechanical Engineering related is a plus.
+ New graduates are welcome.
+ Proven practical experience directly working with BOM and data maintenance within a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, FS) is a plus.
+ High proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly advanced use of Excel for data analysis and management
+ Exceptional reading skills in both English and Chinese.
+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
