What is the Accelerate Development Program?

The Accelerate Development Program (ADP) is a structured development program designed to build a strong pipeline of local talent for critical positions within Bosch.

Focused on external local talent (Mexican professionals)Promotes professional development, enabling deep exposure to Bosch products, processes, and technologies18 to 24 months in duration, with structured rotations across locations, departments, and rolesYou are hired as a full-time employee from day one, with the same benefits and career opportunities as any other Bosch associateTargets key positions with a fast-tracked development pathSupported by mentors, supervisors, and program coordinators throughout the journeyDesigned to transition you into a final role as a Process & Operations Engineer.

 

This program is for you if…

You are an engineer with hands-on experience in manufacturing or process improvement and you are ready to take the next step in your career one that offers broader exposure, real ownership, and accelerated development into critical operational roles.

How this program accelerates your career

Over the course of 18 to 24 months, you will rotate across multiple locations, departments, and roles, gaining a 360° understanding of manufacturing operations.

By the end of the program, the objective is for you to transition into a permanent engineering position within:

Process EngineeringOperations / Manufacturing EngineeringQuality Engineering

You will leave the program with:

A strong technical foundationProven experience driving operational improvementsCross-functional and cross-site exposureClear readiness for a specialist or leadership track

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Electrical, or related Engineering fields

2 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, operations, or process engineeringStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with operational dataKnowledge of manufacturing KPIs (productivity, efficiency, quality, cycle time, scrap, etc.)Knowledge in Continuous Improvement ProcessKnowledge in Six SigmaWillingness to rotate across locations and roles within MexicoAdvanced English, able to work in a professional, technical environme
