**Duration: 1+ Year Contract** **Job Description:** + The QA Manager is a full-time field-based position responsible for electrical inspection and oversight services to support the implementation and execution of the project site quality program. + Collaborate with contractors to resolve discrepancies and ambiguities and ensures all construction activities are performed in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications, to include contract requirements. **Responsibilities:** + Control and the distribution of all the company’s quality documentation + Monitor all quality related activities on the project + Perform daily inspections of the work being performed onsite. + Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company’s management + Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals. + Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements + Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports. + Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements, when required. **Experience:** + 5 years of experience in construction quality management. Construction experience preferred but not required. + Strong attention to detail. + Strong conflict resolution skills. + Prior utility experience. + Must be willing to travel. + Ability to plan and perform highly complex operations with the ability and authority to make decisions autonomously + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs. + Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive environment. **Skills:** + Review and provide comments on all quality related correspondence with the contractor’s representatives. + Monitor statistical method reporting. + Review all turnover documentation upon the completion of the project. + Participate in all quality related activities with the designated representatives. + Attend monthly, weekly and daily meetings and provide perspective on all quality related subjects when needed. **Education:** + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Experience **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
