Location: Plymouth, MN in office 5 days per week

Timeline: This co-op opportunity is for May - December 2026

Essential Responsibilities:

You will select a relevant Engineering project proposal to own and influenceProject proposals may include but not be limited to the followingResearch and analyze data such as customer design proposals, specifications, and manuals to determine the feasibility of the design or applicationDesign/test products or systems such as instruments, controls, fan coil, and mechanical, thermal, hydraulic, or heat transfer systemsWork with fabrication of test control apparatus and equipment, and development of methods and procedures for testing products or systems 

Minimum Qualifications:

Sophomore or Junior currently enrolled in an accredited degree program in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace EngineeringExperience with SolidWorks or related CAD softwareExperience in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

Successfully completed Thermodynamics I, and Fluid MechanicsGPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, preferred 3.5 or betterReside within a 300-mile radius of our Plymouth, MN office

The typical hourly pay rate for this position is $24/hr - $27/hr. This represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
