About the Team

The New Programs Team at ZF  is responsible for managing and implementing engineering changes and new product launches. We work closely with internal departments and global teams to ensure seamless integration of changes while meeting customer-specific requirements. Our collaborative environment fosters continuous improvement and innovation in every project we handle.

 

What you can look forward to as Engineering Change Coordinator:

 

Coordinate and monitor engineering changes to ensure timely validation and approval across departments. Represent the plant in Change Requests (CRs) and ensure alignment with corporate and customer milestones. Manage systems like Windchill, QAD, and customer portals to track and implement changes effectively. Lead weekly meetings with the ELM plant team to ensure changes are communicated and executed Oversee prototype sales and collaboration with ZF teams in China, Koblenz, and Germany. Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements (CSR) and internal procedures during change implementation. Support audits by ensuring engineering change processes meet internal and external standards. Coordinate with Operations and Service Parts teams to align production and service parts availability.

 

Your Profile as Engineering Change Coordinator:

 

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Experience in engineering change management, preferably in the automotive industry. Proficiency in systems such as QAD, Windchill, Cplace, and customer-specific portals (e.g., SQMS, IPQ).
Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and ZF quality systems (GDPEP). Strong coordination and communication skills across internal and external stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Experience working with international teams and understanding of global manufacturing processes. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency; availability for occasional travel.
