**Job Description** As an Engineering Assistant III for the ECS Hardware Calibration Team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and managing calibrated equipment within the F-35 test program. As a valued member of our support group, you will be responsible for overseeing the calibration of test equipment within the ESS test factories. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage the logistics of tracking and calibrating test equipment within the test factory, ensuring compliance with scheduled calibration events and regulatory requirements. + Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment during testing, coordinating repairs and returns as needed. + Collaborate with program management to ensure seamless communication and mitigate the impact of equipment issues on production capabilities. + Ensure the safe and secure return of equipment to the factory, reconnecting it to associated test stations and obtaining necessary approvals from onsite security ISSO for equipment additions or removals. + Work independently and as part of a team to achieve calibration and testing goals. **Physical and Work Requirements:** + Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 40 lbs, with frequent lifting and moving of equipment. + Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team. **Ideal Candidate:** If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
