This exciting opportunity will be based in Phoenix, Los Angeles, or Las Vegas, and offers a chance to lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians while ensuring optimal building operations and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Team Leadership: Provide formal supervision to a team of engineers and technicians across the Southwest region. This includes performance management, coaching, training and development, and overseeing recruitment and hiring.
+ Operational Excellence: Schedule and manage the team's daily activities, establishing work schedules, assigning tasks, and facilitating cross-training. Ensure deadlines are met and provide mentorship and coaching as needed.
+ Vendor Management: Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors. Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures, including reviewing price quotes.
+ Client Management: Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
+ Financial Management: Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
+ Compliance and Safety: Perform facility inspections and quality assurance, adhering to local, state, and federal regulations. Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
+ Process Improvement: Identify operational efficiencies, suggest repairs and upgrade opportunities, and conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices.
+ Leadership and Influence: Lead by example, modeling CBRE RISE values and influencing parties of shared interests to reach agreements.
+ Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
**What You Will Bring:**
+ Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Licenses & Certifications: Valid driver's license required. Facility Management certification preferred.
+ Leadership & Management: Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
+ Communication: Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
+ Skills: Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department. Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. Advanced math skills including calculation of percentages, fractions, and financial-related calculations.
+ Travel: This role requires travel within the Southwest region.

+ Legal Authorization: Candidates must possess legal authorization to work in the United States to be considered for this role.
The pay range for this Operations Manager position is $80,000 to $95,000 annually. This range is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's specific qualifications and experience, as well as the overall budget for the position. "DOE" (Depending on Experience).
