Job Responsibilities

1. Work as 2nd level escalation for the NOC team, Assurance,
Provisioning, CLS
2. TAC Engineer is to manage and control the performance of all the
subsea systems and maintain the uptime of whole sub-sea network.
3. Complete the escalated/assigned task within SLA
4. Co-ordinate with Vendor/supplier on technical issue as on when
required and escalate it to appropriate level.
5. Participate in Sub-sea cable network upgrade.
6. Provide valuable inputs in terms of cable system upkeep.
7. Support in up keep the backup DCN network.

Education Requirement

BE (EC/CS/IT)

Experience Requirement

8 - 12 years

Skills & Competencies

1.Knowledge of core and service platforms availability as per the agreed
SLA.
2.Ensure the usage of all processes and tools as per guidelines.
