We are currently looking for an Engineer Surveyor (Lifts) to join our Sales team on a full-time basis. Engineer surveyor is going to work in the Glasgow or Gateshead area, carrying out equipment surveys for Lift Modernisation projects.

Key Accountabilities

Accountable for site visits and surveying the equipment in according to KONE standards, respecting safety rulesTakes measurements and completes the necessary documentation and pictures requestedUploads data from site surveys into CRMUpdates global database by request and provides reportsTakes part in client and internal meetings, work groups, related to quality and technical issues, provides technical recommendations, maintains excellent relationships with customers

Professional Requirements

Previous experience in lift service/maintenance/installation ideally with old model of liftsTechnical knowledge within the Lift Industry on various types/manufacturers of equipmentCurious attitude towards equipment and environmentKnowledge of Safety and Maintenance actions (for example: how to access the machine room, shaft, stop the lift etc.)Strong customer skills
