**What you’ll do:** Experienced engineer accountable for SSA evaluation/closure; resolving supplier technical/system issues; functioning as divisional SPOC; leading operational reviews; monitoring QMS KPIs; and scaling CI/digital initiatives across multiple sites. "1.Assist on queries related to SSA request, review SSA request form, kick off meeting with suppliers, evaluate SSA questionnaires submitted by suppliers, identify gaps, risk and opportunities in supplier process by validating objective evidences received from suppliers. 2. Ensure corrective actions are implemented and verified through supplier provided evidence. 3. Maintain SSA documentation in compliance with Eaton QMS procedures. 4. Coordinate with Commodity Managers, Buyers, SDEs, and SQEs to clarify requirements and resolve issues related to specific SSA 5. Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lead Level-2 projects to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency 6.Clear understanding upon customer requirements to deliver the solutions 7.Act as SPOC for multiple sites /Division and lead the customer review meeting 8.Support to drive SSA training for suppliers & Internal stakeholders 9.Assist QMS initiatives and change management for the process " **Qualifications:** Bachelor’s Degree (BE/B.Tech)/ Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics/Automotive/Production/Industrial "1.Minimum 8~10 years of experience in, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Supplier Development , Supplier audits. 2. Minimum 4 years of Experience in Supplier process audits, Internal audits. **Skills:** a). Internal auditor certification ( ISO, IATF, AS) b). Experience in working with global customers & suppliers. 1. Supplier Assessment / Audit 2. Problem solving tools (8D, A3, VSM, DMAIC) 3. Core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CP, SPC, MSA) 4. Core manufacturing processes 5. Certified Internal auditor (ISO/IATF/AS), Six Sigma Yellow Belt 6. Digital Tools and technique will be advantage 7. Effective verbal, written & Business Communication 8. Influencing skills - Customers and Suppliers. 9. Strong Accountability and Escalation Management 10. Presentation Skills 11.
