**What you’ll do:** Responsible for managing and organizing all store functions, including material receipt, verification, storage, and issue. Ensure compliance with documentation, safety standards, and inventory control. maintain accurate stock records throu gh perpetual audits, and apply inventory management techniques (ABC analysis, turnover ratio, etc.). Oversee material preservation, hazard handling (MSDS), and prevent obsolete stock buildup. Coordinate with the team for efficient material handling, reporting, and adherence to discipline in stores administration.CI Tools like 5S, VSM, KAIZEN, 3M. + Receive raw materials (Domestic & Import) and verify quantity & quality. + Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) for all incoming materials. + Store materials safely following FIFO and MSDS guidelines. + Maintain proper labeling and location management. + Issue materials to production as per requisition and plan,ensure accurate documentation for all issues. + Maintain stock records in the system. + Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation. + Prepare and share monthly MIS reports. + Highlight non-moving/slow-moving items and proposed root casue and counter measures. + Follow company policies, 5S standards, VSM, KAIZEN, QMS, and safety procedures. + Face audits and ensure zero non-conformance. + Work closely with Production, Quality, and Purchase teams for smooth operations. **Qualifications:** + BE in Electrical/ Electronics Engg/Mechanical + 2+ years of experience in Stores / Warehouse Operations **Skills:** + Industry 4.0 + SAP - ERP - Excel & Power Point
