What You Will Do:

Accountable for delivering safe, reliable, and cost-effective mechanical station designs in compliance with applicable codes and standards.Develop/ review /approve engineering designs.Responsible for a timely response to emergencies, safety incidents and investigations, and operations support.Facilitate required internal approvals and ensure compliance with external stakeholder needs (i.e., regulatory bodies, customers).Participate in the Stations Engineering On-Call rotationWork with EIT’s and co-op studentsBuilding relationship with other internal/external stakeholders Passion for upholding Enbridge's core values of Safety, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion, and High performance along with our ways of working.

Who You Are:

University degree in Engineering/Applied Science in Chemical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering with minimum 4 years work experience.Professional Engineering (P.Eng.) designation.Experience and understanding of station design, pressure regulating, and control systems, heating systems, odorization, measurement, codes, standards, procedures, construction practices, and field operations.Knowledge of relevant codes and standards, including but not limited to CSA Z662Facilitation, project management and analytical skills with the ability to establish good working relationships and communicate/work with employees at all levels of the organizationExceptional communication and stakeholder skills – both written and verbal to internal and external audiences.Analytical and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions:

Office environmentSome travel (up to 5%) to field locations as required.
