Reporting to the _Service Zonal Manager,_ the **_Service & Spares Sales Engineer_** is responsible for _generating recurring revenue numbers for the assigned territory, providing technical service and support customers. We are looking for a candidate with strong technical proficiency, cross-functional collaboration skills with scalability._
This position is part of the _India Commercial Organization_ located in _Bangalore_ and will be Hybrid.
**In this role, a typical day will look like:**
+ _Ensure the response and turn-around time on calls assigned are met_
+ _Complete all the PM’s as per schedule_
+ _Plan and execute all the I &C and demo activities allotted_
+ _Develop good relationship with customers to enhance the satisfaction levels_
+ _Generate leads by interacting with the customers and pass on through the Marketing Teams_
+ _Meet service sales targets to achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual financial targets of operating revenue_
+ _Discipline on CRM packages of Service Max and SFDC_
**The essential requirements of the job include:**
+ 3-4 years’ experience with a degree in Diploma or equivalent preferably having worked on Hach / similar products
+ Willingness to relocate across India basis job / company priorities
+ Willingness to travel
+ Good written and verbal communication skills in English
+ Teamwork and ability to work across cultures, locations, and business teams
+ Expertise in MS office. Exposure to Copilot AI tool would be added advantage
+ Proactive and action-oriented with an eye for detail
+ Self-motivated with a passion for driving business growth in a rapidly evolving market
+ Problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain customer relationships
