How will you make an impact?
In the role of Engineer/Scientist I, QC, you serve as the key connection between Analysts and Team Leaders/Supervisors. You will carefully handle lab activities, ensuring strict GMP compliance and aiming to deliver outstanding customer happiness.
What will you do?
Ensure smooth management and oversight of analytical laboratory tasks for assigned projects. Support analysts in resolving issues related to analytical activities for API/DS and finished products (Release and Stability).Develop analytical specifications, study protocols, reports, methods, and SOPs in compliance with current regulations (EU GMP, US GMP) and company quality standards.Coordinate customer management to maintain high levels of client happiness and ensure timely completion of required activities.Participate in customer calls/meetings to discuss technical topics within your area of expertise.Identify and manage the requirements for analytical technology transfer from customers, ensuring accurate and effective implementation in the laboratories.Handle laboratory investigations, including Out of Specification and Deviation Reports.How will you get here?
EducationDegree or equivalent experience in CTF, Chemistry, Biology, or related fieldsDiploma in Chemical/Laboratory technician certificateExperienceexperience in pharmaceutical industriesMulti-year experience in Quality ControlKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesStrong knowledge of chemical-physical and biochemical analysis techniques and validation of analytical methodsProfound understanding of GMP and national/international regulationsOutstanding problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and analytical/statistical software (Empower, MiniTab, Sample Manager)Ability to work under time constraints and manage conflicting prioritiesThermo Fisher Scientific Inc. stands as the world’s foremost company serving science, with yearly revenue near $40 billion.
