Cardinal Health is seeking Engineer - Salesforce, responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering state of the art Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Apttus CLM solutions. The ideal candidate is an individual with customer focused mindset, hands-on technology skills, positive work ethic and a collaborative mindset who is willing to learn and adapt to evolving business needs.

   

    Position Accountabilities:

Design, develop, test, document Salesforce solutionsCommunicate status regarding technical issues, and solutionsDocument and analyze Production Bugs, Issues and propose solutionsEvaluates and refractor code base for increased efficiencyMonitors and manages proactive maintenance to application platform environmentsDebug, design and fix Production issue and deploy fixes
 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience6+ years’ experience in related field preferred5+ years Salesforce application developmentExperience with Salesforce.com products including:Sales & Service cloudMarketing cloud – Nice to haveHands on Lightning web component (LWC) and Field Service Lightning (FSL)Analyze and evaluate existing Salesforce Field Service implementation

Strong Coding on experience in Apex /  VF / Trigger / Web services In depth knowledge of REST/SOAP APIsExperience in Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers and Classes, SOQLExperience in Salesforce Workflow Rules and Approvals, Visual Flow, Process Builder and Salesforce limitations.User Interface: Salesforce Visual Force, Lightning, jQueryExperience with Agile development processesExperience with CRM Analytics (CRMA) and Tableau a plusSalesforce.com Admin/Developer CertificationsFamiliar with Salesforce Communities Knowledge of ETL tools (i.e. Data loader etc.) Any exposure to Jira or Service Now

Additional Experience a Plus

1-3 years of Hands-On experience in Angular development, Frontend App or UI developmentGood experience in JavaScript, Typescript, jQuery, Node.js, JSONSolid understanding of CSS, HTML, XML Additional development skills using Ember will be helpfulManaged Packages Salesforce Marketing Cloud, PardotCI Tools - Gearset, JenkinsWorking knowledge of DevOps and Salesforce DX
