Job Title : ENGINEER, SALES
KEY RESULT AREAS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Handle customer enquiries, customer coverage, sales pursuit and follow-ups.
2. Formulating and implementing marketing plan of various strategies to meet defined goals and objectives.
3. To develop customer network and execute account management for selected customers, industries, and/or territories.
4. To meet annual sales target for both Transwater and its Principal.
5. Application engineering, generating and follow-up on quotations.
6. Review terms and conditions in contract during quotation and order stage.
7. Coordinate with customer service department in job execution.
8. To provide/update all product managers with information on potential new/revamp projects and daily sales opportunities.
9. Liaising with Principal for technical assistance and also monitoring of order placement and timely delivery of orders.
10. Assist in training and knowledge sharing within team mate to groom competency and skills.
11. Identify business potential and generate report on sales funnel.
12. Proactively promote sales of product/services.
13. To develop new customer base and to expand existing customer base.
14. To strengthen relationship with existing customer base.
15. Improve customer satisfaction by understanding, communicating and executing solution selling to meet their needs.
16. To produce proposal that are accurate, technically verified, competitively priced, and submitted on time and offer customer solutions that highlight customer business benefits.
17. To develop and implement sales strategies with other Regional Offices for sales pursuit.
18. To process order entry documents, i.e. inquiry review checklist, order entry checklist after PO awarded.
19. To adopt best practices and implement continual monitoring and improvement on HSE (Occupational Health, Safety & Environment) and Quality.
20. Support other assigned activities when needed.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:
Qualification:
? Diploma / Degree in Engineering of Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Electronic or Science.
? 2 – 3 years working experience in related position in Automation Industry or Oil & Gas Industry.
Skills & Knowledge: ? Language (spoken/written): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (local dialect). ? Computer skill: MS-Office, MS-Word, MS-Excel & MS-Power Point. ? Knowledge in Flow Measurement and Control System.
Competencies:
? Good interpersonal, communication, writing & presentation skills, highly motivate.
? Able to work independently, requires minimum supervision.
? Presentable, versatile and able to communicate at all levels.
