**Engineer Quality KGZ CVS** **Description** \- Project quality assurance * Prepare the project quality plan * Define the inspection standard * Identify the project quality standard and transmission and training to relative persons \- New project trial run and phase review * Prepare the trial run plan * Summary the trail run result * Set up the trail run review meeting * SC/CC List preparation \- PPAP management * Prepare and submit the PPAP package to customer * Prepare and submit the PSW package to customer \- Project sample order delivery quality assurance * sample drawing * sample test report * ISIR report and CPK analysis \- Safe launch management * Prepare the Safe launch plan * Set up the kick off meeting of Safe launch * Quit the Safe launch **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree, Engineering or comparable education * Certified Internal Auditor by KAUTEX or external body * Experience in negotiation with customers and suppliers * Product knowledge is important * Knowledge of applicable customer\-specific requirements * Knowledge in APQP, PPAP, statistics, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, DOE and product and process capability * Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and business systems, e\.g\.: 5S, standardized work, Kanban, visual management * Good English language skills is preferred * Applying useful tools \( A3, PDCA, 5 why\) to find root cause **Job:** Quality **Primary Location:** China\-CN\-Guangzhou CVS **Recruiting Company:** Kautex **Schedule:** Full\-time **Job Level:** Individual Contributor **Shift:** First Shift **Req ID:** 338755
