Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Engineer - Quality located in Sriperumbudur.

What a typical day looks like:

Implement Process Quality Assurance in the manufacturing process as per customer requirementAnalyze the problem and work with CFT for process compliance and quality ImprovementsResponsible to send periodical reports to customers and interact with them on need basisMust handle the customers complaint, Preparing Failure analysis report, Action Implementation and build effectiveness in MonitoringResource planning for New productTrain the technician and maintain their competency matrix

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Graduates with 5+ years of relevant work experienceExcellent team player able to work with other functions to bring resultsStrong Decision-making skillsShould have knowledge on Quality toolsPreferably Diploma / BE / B.TechCandidates from EMS background are preferredCandidates should be from SMT backgroundTeam handling experience is a mustAbility to lead shift operations
