Engineer QAQC
Job Title : ENGINEER, QA/QC
KEY RESULT AREAS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To be an ISO Champion (Service Quality) for Process & Plant Services Division.
2. Implement the QA/QC Management System at workshop and site.
3. Verify that the QA/QC related to Service activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
4. Assure all technical documents relative to Service QA/QC are current status.
5. Coordinate with the Client/Principle Representative on all quality matters.
6. Participate in the quality internal and external audits.
7. Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled and competed.
8. Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action.
9. Review the customers’ specification and undertake relevant training.
10. Ensure the integrity and legal compliance of the product by engaging and working with Product Principal, Client Representative and Client.
11. Provide advice and guidance in Service Quality to all PPS Service Team on all matters of verification and regulatory compliance.
12. Ensure all certification requirements are clearly identified, understood and implemented.
13. Ensure that all necessary quality records are identified and retained in accordance with client and regulatory requirements.
14. To adopt best practices and implement continual monitoring and improvement on HSE (Occupational Health, Safety & Environment) and Quality.
15. Support other assigned activities when needed.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:
Qualification:
? Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Engineering / Science or any related field
? 1 year working experience.
Skills & Knowledge: ? Language (spoken/written) : English and Bahasa Malaysia ? Computer skill: MS-Office, MS-Word & MS-Excel
