You oversee the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects led by a team of project managers. You prioritize projects and resources to ensure objectives are met. You may also manage some project(s).

How you will contribute

You will:

Coordinate and align plans and deliverables with cross-functional teams, engaging with internal and external partners to ensure successful program deliveryOwn project lifecycles with direct responsibility of managing their budgets, timelines, build quality, testing, and operational readiness, including confirming the completion and consistency of all projects and their readiness to go liveIdentify, assess and mitigate program/project-level risks, escalating to global leads when necessaryDrive consistency and quality in project execution using the appropriate methodologyCommunicate program-level reporting and status updatesDevelop the resources on your team. You will also coach and mentor project managers from other teams to build capability in the organization

What you will bring

Excellent program management skills with experience leading and delivering large projects in multiple regions/marketsExcellent communication skills and the ability to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee membersDeep knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutionsStrong stakeholder management and the ability to positively influence decision makingFocus on cost-effective innovation in program deliveryProven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners
