Responsibilities

Team Collaboration:

Foster collaboration among IT, business units, and external partners to ensure smooth integration and user adoptionProvide mentorship and training to team members on domain knowledge, configuration standards, and advanced technology solutionsMonitor service management progress, and ensure alignment with quality standards

Functional Expertise:

Strong to very strong understanding of commercial enablement business process and platforms and applicationsKnowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulationsKnowledge of industry best practices in medical devices manufacturing, sales, and distributionExcellent technology knowledge in Oracle NetSuite enterprise applicationsExperience with various testing methodologies including functional, non-functional, and performance testingCollaborate cross-functionally with enterprise, infrastructure, architecture, and cross-functional leaders to achieve resultsDevelop and maintain configuration standards and help in establishing and/or improving KPIs to measure the run & operations effectivenessContinuously evaluate testing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practicesDocuments and manages SOPs for software and information platform systems

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with equivalent experienceMinimum 8 years of IT and 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle NetSuite enterprise ecosystem with extensive knowledge in commercial enablement applicationsProven record of managing and maintaining NetSuite customizations using JavaScript API and SuiteCloud platforms (Suite Script, Suite Talk, and Suite Flow)Extensive experience in translating business requirements into technical designGood understanding and experience of Web technologies and knowledge on database, with hands-on experience in MySQLGood working knowledge about JavaScript/HTML/CSSExperience with RESTful API maintenance and integrationVery strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patternsExperience in design, development, and deployment in cloud environment (AWS or GCP)Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersStrong stakeholder and people management skillsExpertise in change management and user adoption strategiesTiming – 6:00am to 3:00pm IST (9:30am to 7:00pm JST).
