What you can look forward to as Engineer - Operations Stores (m/f/d):

Lead SCM/Logistics Operations: Ensure safety, service excellence, and asset integrity across plant logistics. Team Development: Build and empower a high-performing supply chain team focused on efficiency and customer-centricity. Strategic Integration: Align plant operations with corporate SCM standards and support future strategy development. Inventory & Flow Optimization: Manage material flows, launches, and inventory to ensure supply continuity and cost efficiency. Performance Management: Drive S&OP/S&OE processes and monitor KPIs like LTAR, ITR, DPMO, and total supply chain costs. 

 

Your profile as Engineer - Operations Stores (m/f/d):

Experience:  5 years in operations and supply chain functions, with leadership in a manufacturing/technical environment. SCM Expertise: Strong background in supply chain management, including planning, procurement, and logistics. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance improvements. Strategic Thinking: Capable of integrating corporate strategies into local operations and managing change effectively. Process Knowledge: Familiarity with S&OP, demand/supply balancing, and end-to-end inventory management.
