Job Description Faststream is seeking two qualified Engineer Officers to join a Passenger Ferry on a fixed-term contract until March 2026.  We are looking for motivated and adaptable professionals who can start as soon as possible.

Contract type: Fixed-Term (until March 2026) Shift pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off (24-hour operation – early, mid, and late shifts) Location: Southampton, Local candidates only (no onboard accommodation provided) Start date: Immediate / at the earliest opportunity   
Requirements
Relevant Certificate of Competency (CoC) at one of the levels below. Ability to work effectively as part of a 24-hour operational rota. Commitment to safety, reliability, and high operational standards. Must be based locally (no accommodation provided).
