We are seeking an Engineer to execute mechanical analysis of multiple components and testing hardware development on RISE program. In this role you will perform stress analysis and demonstrate knowledge related to design of jet engines. You will have an opportunity to face with engineering challenges by applying solid engineering principles and judgment to find optimum solutions. **Job Description** **Roles and Responsibilities** + Execute the analysis (structural Finite Element Analysis, hand calculations). + Recommend approach to meet the technical requirements. + Prepare plans to achieve technical requirements and schedule commitments. + Effectively communicate projects status, issues and significant developments. + Participate as a presenter in technical reviews. **What we expect from you?** + MSc/BSc in Engineering + Experience relevant to indicated position (design engineer, FE analyst) + Knowledge and understanding of Finite element Methods principles + Being familiar with commercial CAD/CAE package (ANSYS, Hypermesh, NX) + Communicative level of written and spoken English language **Additional Information** **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No GE Aerospace is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
