Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties + Plan and review upcoming construction activities. Assess, prioritize, and address project needs to ensure timely completion. + Draft plans for the Engineer’s review prior to implementing new projects or modifying existing work. + Responsibilities include overseeing plumbing, electrical, and other maintenance and construction needs for marinas, parks, and Lake Vista, performed by both LMA maintenance staff and contract workers. + Assist with permit functions for LMA, including reviewing proposed blueprints and ensuring compliance with current building codes. + Assist the Engineer in tracking construction projects on grounds, runways, taxiways, utilities, and buildings at New Orleans Lakefront Airport as needed.
