The program includes comprehensive classroom training and job rotations across various functions to provide a well-rounded experience. While you will have the opportunity to select your first rotation to broaden your skillset, the program culminates in a permanent placement within our industry-leading MPC team.
You will initially report to the Regional Training Business Manager, AP, and will be based in our Perth office with a hybrid work model. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will transition into the MPC team and report to the MPC Engineering Manager. Your Responsibilities:
Actively engage and demonstrate a strong learning aptitude throughout the 1-year training program.
Leverage the training and job rotation opportunities to develop and demonstrate your capabilities.
Following the 16-week program out of Singapore and your initial rotation, you will be placed in the MPC team for ongoing, longer-term training and specialist skillset development.
Upon joining the MPC team, you will work under the guidance of senior engineers to support the full lifecycle of our advanced control projects. Your responsibilities will include:
◦ Assisting with technical project activities, including preliminary design, system integration, and site installation support.
◦ Performing data analysis, supporting the development of mathematical models, and assisting with the configuration of online applications.
◦ Supporting the commissioning of MPC applications at customer sites to ensure project success.
◦ Helping to identify and document technical issues that may impact project performance.
◦ Providing support to existing customers by performing system health checks, analysing application performance, and contributing to reports that document findings and recommendations.
◦ Supporting the documentation of best practices to contribute to the team's knowledge base.
◦ Collaborating with the team to sustain and maximise the value our applications deliver to our customers.

Availability to travel to customer sites for industrial automation project implementation after completing the training.
Ability to commence employment within 60 days (tentatively by 15th March 2026).
