How will you make an impact

You will be part of a team working on infrastructure management as well as improving systems reliability. Your efficient contribution will help the business and the company to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer

What will you do

Provide L3 operational support for Windows and VMware infrastructure.Handling the service management work queue to address customer requests within the established service level agreements.Ensure successful DR implementation, monitoring, testing of SRM deployments.Participating in the on-call rotation with other members to ensure support coverage for the global server infrastructureFind opportunities to improve the infrastructure by implementing the standards that have been established by the Global Systems Reliability teamEnsure the highest possible level of server uptime and availability by proactively identifying and fixing infrastructure related problemsParticipate in infrastructure upgrades, improvements, and maintenance activitiesBring automation to improve efficiency !

Education

B.Tech/ B.E in Computer Science or equivalent required.

Experience

6+ years of proven experience in VMware Platform Administration3+ years of experience in Windows Server OS Administration3+ years of experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure Management3+ years L3 Infrastructure Operational Support Experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Proficiency in VMware Virtualization.Proficiency in Windows Server Administration.Good exposure with AWS Cloud technologies and VMware SRMExperience in HPE Greenlake, Dell VxRail & Cisco UCS (Some or All).Experience in Scripting and AutomationExperience in working with geographically distributed teamsAn approach committed to continuously improving processes with standard methodologies for security and cost-effectivenessAbility to work in a team structure, make decisions, solve problems, analyze, plan, coordinate, and prioritize workExcellent oral and written communication skills
