As a Leadership IT Support Liaison, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning of technology and information systems for our organization's leaders. You will be the primary person troubleshooting, communication, security, and overall technology management. Most meaningfully you partner with our leaders to help assist in our mission to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage PPI to enable constant improvementProvide regular updates to management as requested by leadMonitor the ticketing system and leadership support dashboard to ensure assistance is provided in a timely mannerDeploy, support and tackle issues with equipment including workstations, phones, mobile devices, printers, scanners, faxes, office A/V and multifunction devicesAdvise colleagues on technology standard processes and perform preventative maintenance in conjunction with Global IT standards and Leadership IT Support recommendationsMaintain the highest level of adaptability by being attentive, enthusiastic, resourceful and by showing a sense of urgency and professionalismAssisting and providing support to leadership team and admins leading up to and during all meetings with set up and monitoringKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Using and supporting Windows 11, Office365 Products, Microsoft Teams, iOS devicesExperience in ServiceNowAccessing/Analyzing Data in PowerBIMac Hardware/OS, PC Hardware/OSVideo Conferencing hardwareDell/MaciPhone/iPadMinimum Requirements/Qualifications:
