The iconic Diplomat Beach Resort is looking for their next Engineer II to support the operations of the Resort. Ideal candidate will have 3-5 year's experience within a hotel in a maintenance role, experience with PMing rooms and taking guest room calls. Previous experience within a big box property will be highly preferred

Shift Pattern: Full Flexibility - PM shifts, 4PM - Midnight and some overnight shifts will be needed

What will I be doing?

Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility including, but not limited to, guest rooms, public space and heart-of-the-house areasRespond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipmentPerform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work and masonryConduct inspections for preventive maintenance needsRecord and report completed repairs and items that require further attention
