Job Description We are looking for an Engineer II/III to join our Evergreen, Engineering Services Team immediately. This will be supporting an East Coast client. Preference is for this person to be in Omaha, NE - however we can take someone who is remote. You will be responsible for supporting and executing facility integrity programs with a primary focus on Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure (MAOP) reconfirmation and engineering records review. This role ensures that facility assets meet federal regulatory requirements by developing traceable, verifiable, and complete (TVC) records, evaluating historical design and test documentation, and supporting compliance with 49 CFR Part 192, including §192.624. Compare MAOP of record, MAOP of design, and MAOP of test using historical and as‑built documentation. Evaluate pressure test records, material properties, design factors, and operating history to support MAOP determinations. Identify gaps in MAOP documentation and develop engineering recommendations or remediation paths to maintain or reconfirm MAOP. Clearly document technical assumptions, methodologies, and conclusions to support regulatory defensibility. - Conduct comprehensive records research and review, including drawings, alignment sheets, MTRs, pressure test records, specifications, and historical correspondence. - Assess records for traceability, verifiability, and completeness (TVC). - Compile and organize facility asset data for pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, and appurtenances. - Support development and maintenance of feature identification (FID) tables and associated documentation. Skills and Requirements -Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering - 5+ years of experience performing MAOP reconfirmation for gas facilities or stations. - Working knowledge of 49 CFR Part 192, including MAOP requirements. - Familiarity with TVC evaluations and records gap analysis. - Experience with facility isometrics, FID tables, or asset data systems.
