The successful candidate will assist senior engineers, perform routine and moderately complex engineering tasks, and contribute to high-quality project execution. This role involves working within established procedures while proposing solutions to new challenges and ensuring work is completed within agreed budgets and schedules. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: + Supporting senior engineers in delivering project tasks within budget, schedule, and AECOM’s quality standards. + Independently managing specific portions of broader engineering assignments. + Gathering, analyzing, and correlating basic engineering data using established procedures. + Performing detailed or routine engineering calculations and simple tests. + Proposing approaches to solve new or unexpected technical problems. + Identifying discrepancies in data, results, or calculations and reporting them promptly. + Providing guidance and mentorship to entry-level engineers. + Completing assigned work in accordance with project requirements with moderate supervision. **Qualifications** **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline. + 3 years of relevant engineering experience. + Experience working on engineering calculations, tests, and data analysis. **Additional Information** + Experience supporting senior engineers on large or multidisciplinary projects. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Good communication skills, both verbal and written. + Ability to identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions. + Ability to work within established procedures while managing independent tasks. + Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
