ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and solve electrical issues of the equipment in the manufacturing facilityDrive continuous improvement and operational excellence culture through self-detecting and self-correcting processes, systems and instilling strong ownership & accountabilityPlan and complete preventive maintenance and calibration of electrical equipmentPlan and complete the replacement of outdated sensors and field I/OCollaborate with cross functional Teams to ensure seamless completion of tasksInteract with contractors, maintain and adhere to PM scheduleManage and deliver operational projects and continuous improvement projectsAssist in development of requirements of new equipment, modifications, and projects that affect the manufacturing facilityRespond to utility and equipment related issues during productionBuild and maintain relationships with other sites to develop and promote standard methodology.Specify and implement modifications to improve operational performance and complianceCollaborate closely with the maintenance team at the Naarden site to achieve or surpass the critical metrics.QualificationsMBO/HBO/Polytechnical education with a focus on electrical equipment, automation and maintenance5 + years of experience in process automationProven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamDemonstrated ability to simplify technical issues for team members without a technical backgroundExperience working in an ISO9001 or cGMP environmentExperience with SCADA or any other automation system would be a plusExperience with maintenance management softwares (Ultimo/Maximo or similar) would be a plusExperience supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing processes within a regulated environment highly desired, however consideration to other regulated industries such as food and beverage, aviation, maritime, etc.Ease of working with Microsoft Windows, Excel, PowerPointApplicants should possess a basic knowledge of cGMP standards, ISO standards, and industry engineering guidelines.Working knowledge of equipment/hardware/software testing and associated protocols and lifecycle documentation would be a plusExcellent communication skills in English, technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essentialFlexibility to accommodate to changing priorities and deadlinesWe welcome candidates that enjoy working in a diverse, multi-disciplinary, groundbreaking technology environment where personal development and team cooperation are key to success, to make the impossible à possible for our customers.
