Responsibility

1.The Field Service Engineer is responsible for performing the on-site installation, servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems.

2. Investigates and approves operational quality of system equipment.

3. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.

4. Occasionally travel to customer sites to solve problems or support other field service personnel.

5. Cultivate and develop positive working relationships with customers, system users and company personnel .

Position RequirementsBachelor’s degree above, prefer in Material, Electronics, Physics or Chemistry.Typically requires 2-7 years hands on technical experience installing, troubleshooting, repairing and calibrating sophisticated analysis tools such as SEM, TEM, FIB or similar systems.Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;Strong organizing and executive ability;Level of travel required: >50%.Strong practical ability, strong sense of responsibility, good at communicationProven track record to troubleshooting sophisticated systems and subsystems down to component level. Experience on troubleshooting and repairing ultra-high vacuum and high voltage systems is helpful.
