Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, identify issues, and fix analytical instrumentation, particularly QPCR and CE systems.

Provide installation, maintenance, and application support for our products.

Conduct rigorous testing and calibration to ensure equipment meets stringent performance standards.

Train and assist customers in the efficient use of our instruments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement solutions and improvements.

Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:

BS degree or above in analytical chemistry, chemical engineering, biochemistry, pharmaceutical, environmental engineering, or related fields.

Must have at least two years of experience working with QPCR and CE system. and demonstrate strong computer skills.

Experience in field service for a minimum of two years, specifically focusing on installing and maintaining analytical instruments, is desirable.

Strong problem-solving skills with a determined approach to diagnosing and resolving hardware and application issues.

Ability to work independently while also demonstrating effective interpersonal skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
