This role will develop and maintain internal control center tools and applications, enhance operating guides, provide analysis on existing processes to improve business continuity, and ensure KPIs support operational success. The primary focus of this role is to serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the control center software tools and applications, collaborating closely with IT to support resolution of application issues, system defects, and enhancements.
