This role will be responsible for the development of an industry leading suite of tools leveraged by our Branch Teams including 20,000+ Financial Advisors. The team provides technology leadership, development, support, enhancements, and products for the Bank and Lending Product. **What You Will Do:** Develop and maintain Branch Team systems utilizing required technologies such as: + Java/J2EE + Javascript / Query + Spring/Spring Boot, Spring REST, Spring Batch, React + Databases utilized: DB2 and SQL MI + Testing frameworks - JUnit + Code Management - Github SaaS + Assist with defining and meeting business requirements. + Translate business requirements into system design by working directly with Product Owners and Business Analysts on requirements. + Assist in preparing detailed technical specifications and provide estimates to complete the work. + Provide system support as needed to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. + Responsible for applying business and technical knowledge to ensure availability of our systems and complete moderately complex program assignments Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage.
