What you'll do:Developandimplement quality assurance processes, standards, and guidelines to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital solutions.Participate in and implement projects related to Quality: digital transformation projects, ArtificialIntelligence projects (Artificial intelligence, vision system, Machine Learning, Python programming), newtechnologies, and process improvements.Conduct assessments and identify potential areas for improvement in digital systems, processes, and workflows. Partner with IT as needed based upon the system architecture.Meet with manufacturing and Process/Product Engineering to assist in the creation of new or improved processes and equipment.Participate in and/or build process validation and protocols for equipment and new technological solutions for the manufacturing process and Quality testing.Keep in compliance with GMP, FDA, ISO requirements, and other Regulatory Agencies.Support the improvement of new product processes and technologies.Evaluate customer complaints and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions.Evaluate product or process performance and improve them accordingly. Define control limits as applicable.Developandimplement procedures for process control and testing. Validate test methods related to the product manufacturing process.Evaluate failure modes (PFMEA) related to process, product, and machines.Identify and develop VIP projects.

What you'll bring:

Bachelor’s degree in science (B.S.) –, Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, orrelatedfield.Knowledge in artificial intelligence, vision systems, machine learning, Python programming.1-2 years of experience in the Medical Devices Industry orrelatedfield.Proficiencyin engineering and management practices, statistical methods, computer systems, and technical reporting.Ability to effectivelyinteractwith personnel at all levels and respond promptly.Willingness to travel occasionally.Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
