How You’ll Make an Impact
The Materials & Structural Analysis Division (MSD) at Thermo Fisher Scientific is responsible for selling and servicing Thermo Fisher products globally. As a key representative, you will support both potential and current customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering valuable products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site installation, servicing, and repair of complex equipment and systems.Investigate and validate operational quality of system equipment.Provide training to customers on system operation and maintenance.Serve as the primary company liaison for administrative and technical matters related to assigned projects.Conduct scheduled maintenance visits and provide solving and repair support.Build strong working relationships with customers, system users, and company personnel.Travel, often on short notice, to customer sites to resolve issues or support other field service personnel.Complete and submit detailed field service reports.Provide feedback to product quality teams and supply to improving system documentation.Act as an authority and resource for training.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience in electronic system solving.Experience in solving and repairing ultra-high vacuum and high-voltage systems is highly preferred.Strong customer service and relationship leadership skills.Fluent in both Korean and English.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proven ability to diagnose and solving complex systems down to the component level.Proficiency in MS-DOS and Windows environments.Ability to read and interpret schematics.Why Join Us?
