Oversee the day-to-day hard service maintenance and operation of facilities, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Perform regular inspections of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to building systems and equipment.
Manage and coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards for health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Supervise and collaborate with third-party contractors for specialized services and repairs.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and service reports.
