What this job involves
Responsible for supervising and reporting all technical services performed under the Contract, including those services provided by third party contractors
Supervise Frontline Team engaged in the provision of technical services to ensure services are delivered in compliance with the statutory requirement
Develop an Annual Planned Preventive Maintenance Plan for the building systems
Monitor and liaise with the Relevant Authorities to deliver Services on time and closely monitor quality control and progress of works
Ensure all building, facilities, systems, and machinery are in good condition and performing at their highest standards
Deliver the PPM and ensure all work orders are completed on time and in order
Supervise improvement, alterations & additions (A&A) works and renovation projects when required
Prepare tender documents for outsourcing technical works on the Authority's terms and conditions
Conduct routine inspections and prepare inspection reports
Provide 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance, if required
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Authority
Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Desired experience and technical skills
Required
Degree / Higher Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of work experience in property and facilities management, includes 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory position in FM / PM field and or in E&M maintenance works
Registered electrical worker with license B0 or above is an advantage
Good PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel etc.
God command of spoken and written English and Chinese, especially in report writing
Good communication skills
Capable to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision
