Job DescriptionPrepare plans and procedures for maintenance works in a district cooling plantPlant, lead and supervise a team of in-house technicians and subcontractors for routine maintenance worksMonitor equipment status, respond to equipment fault, prepare reports and records for maintenance worksPlan and monitor tools and spare parts stock levelImprove health and safety policies and proceduresQualificationsHigher diploma or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;Possession of a valid driving license is an advantageGood interpersonal and communication skillsGood command in written and spoken in English and Chinese Additional InformationRequirements:
Minimum 5 years’ solid working experience in building services installation and maintenance works of MVAC & electrical systemAble to lead a team of technicians for different maintenance tasks
