Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer – ELV (Extra Low Voltage) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of ELV systems for various building projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and a passion for innovative building technologies.

Lead the detailed design of ELV, ICT, Security, and AV systems for commercial and residential buildingsDevelop project specifications, system architectures, and IFC drawings using AutoCAD and BIM softwarePrepare basis of design, schematic design, and concept design reportsCoordinate with architects, interior designers, and other MEP disciplines for space planning, power requirements, and cooling needsManage a team of BIM modelers, AutoCAD drafting technicians, and junior engineers for design and submissionConduct value engineering to ensure cost-effective solutions for clientsLead technical meetings and workshops with clients and stakeholders for ELV/ICT systemsImplement smart system, fire life safety system, and energy-efficient designs in building projectsPerform QA/QC peer reviews and audits for ELV/ICT systemsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ELV systems throughout project execution and handoverStay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices for ELV installations

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in ELV systems engineering, with a focus on ICT, Security, and AV systemsProficiency in AutoCAD and BIM softwareStrong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyIn-depth understanding of building codes and regulations related to ELV systems, particularly in Saudi ArabiaExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailStrong analytical and organizational skillsProfessional certifications in ELV systems (e.g., BICSI, CFPS) preferredFamiliarity with industry standards and best practices for ELV installationsKnowledge of smart building technologies and energy-efficient design principlesExperience with BIM modeling and coordinationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentInnovative mindset and willingness to explore new technologies and solutions
