With our brand-new, state-of-the-art Distribution Center (DC) in Haps now live, we’re looking for a Transportation Engineer to help power our delivery operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You’ll be hands-on with data, process improvements, and carrier relationships to make sure our stores and customers get what they need, when they need it. Efficiently, reliably, and cost-effectively. Responsibilities Optimize outbound transportation flows from our new DC. Balancing service quality, cost, and operational performance. Own and improve partnerships with our carriers: onboarding, performance tracking, SLA management, and contract support. Dive deep into transportation data (B2B + B2C) to identify trends, improve delivery reliability, and support smarter decisions. Lead or support logistics projects, from tenders and delivery innovation to market research and process rollouts. Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Helpdesk, and Customer Service teams to ensure alignment and execution. Contribute to budgeting and reporting, helping us monitor KPIs and optimize spending. Provide hands-on support across the Transportation team when needed. We’re a team-first environment. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 1-3 years’ experience in transportation, carrier management, or logistics operations. Strong analytical mindset- confident working with data to drive improvements; Power BI is a plus. Hands-on, proactive, and organized, you’re comfortable in a dynamic & fast-changing environment. Excellent communication skills, you connect dots between teams and work well across functions. Fluent in English and Dutch (written & spoken).
