Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Technical skillsMinimum, a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related technical field.    7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, quality engineering or similar roles; with at least 5+ years of these in the medical device industry.English fluency required

Core SkillsStrong Validation Expertise: Ability to lead and execute equipment and process validation activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality requirements.Advanced Problem-Solving Skills: Proven capability to analyze complex manufacturing issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and product quality.Excellent Communication Skills in English and Spanish: Ability to clearly convey technical information internally across teams and externally to customers and stakeholders.

Preferred QualificationsLean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Certification: Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies to optimize processes and reduce waste.Project Management Experience: Ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results within timelines and budgets.Leadership and Mentoring Skills: Capability to guide junior engineers and foster a culture of operational excellence.
