To lead the delivery of all Operational Excellence initiatives & strategic programmes, optimisation, automation, Robotic Desktop Automation(RDA) & Intelligent Automation in the respective areas aligned with the Intelligent Process Automation COE. To lead the relevant business enablement practices, processes & systems to enable customer value add through effective & efficient service delivery across client segments, contributing towards maximising service revenue and optimising operating profit.

Documenting all existing and new processes, ensuring transparency, consistency, and traceability across the technology stack.Capturing and maintaining a comprehensive crisis management, incident log, including root cause analysis and remediation workflows, to reduce repeat occurrences and improve response agility.
