Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver reliable solutions and drive profitable engineering revenue.** **This is your opportunity to leave a lasting mark with an industry leader that equips you with the tools, technology, and support needed to excel.** **What You’ll Do** **Design and develop electrical system plans for site-specific projects** **Create one-line diagrams, methods of procedure (MOPs), arc flash studies, and plot plans** **Evaluate site conditions and recommend suitable equipment solutions** **Ensure all designs comply with engineering standards, NEC, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements** **Troubleshoot field installation issues and provide practical resolutions** **Offer technical guidance and engineering support to our Power & HVAC sales team** **Deliver virtual and in-person technical training for technicians** **Review proposals for technical accuracy and feasibility** **Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed** **What We’re Looking For** **Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field** **2+ years of hands-on experience as a degreed electrical engineer** **EIT/EI certification or eligibility is a plus** **Solid understanding of electrical design principles and industry standards** **Familiarity with power generation systems, especially diesel generators** **Knowledge of arc flash safety standards (NFPA 70E)** **Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SKM, and Microsoft Office** **Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail** **Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and clients** **_Why join us?_** We don’t just “talk the talk!” We’re an award-winning company (recently named a Glassdoor Best Place to Work in 2023) that truly cares about our people - That’s why we offer best-in-class benefits and perks that will support you and your family.
