Main TasksMaintenance/ProjectLead mechanical contractors for daily/scheduled maintenance.Execute mechanical tasks per SAP PM work orders.Report monthly maintenance expenses.Collaborate with Project Engineer on CAPEX/OPEX activities.Monitor spare parts inventory.Supervise contractor activities and update work instructions.EHS ResponsibilitiesEnsure contractor compliance with BASF SHE standards.Close safety review action items.Act as damage/spillage coordinator during emergencies.Report incidents in AIMS system.Assist in RCA investigations.Promote safe work culture and PPE compliance.Participate in Responsible Care and ISO systems.
