The successful candidate will be joining a fast-paced engineering team working across multiple Stryker Divisions.
We are currently recruiting engineers to work in diverse areas of engineering including Downstream Additive Processing, best in Class Robotics, Process Automation, Lean Manufacturing and Data Visualisation.
with responsibility for process be required to work independently with minimal supervision while applying professional expertise in making key decisions within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
The role typically requires a level 8 Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 2 years relevant industrial experience within a manufacturing environment. Experience within the following fields is preferable but not essential, CNC machining, Inspection, Coating or Clean and Pack.
The role requires the understanding and application of procedures and concepts within a manufacturing facility while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices at all times.
The candidate will be required to ensure process performance is maintained and enhanced where possible. Engineering competencies such as process validation (VP, IQ, OQ, PQ and associated documentation), New product introduction, Gauge R&R creation and execution, Structured Problem Solving, Scrap Reduction and Process Improvement all fall within the scope of this role.
The successful candidate will help foster a work environment of continuous improvement that supports Stryker commitment to the Quality Policy, Quality System, and the appropriate regulations for the manufacturing environment
