About the Role:Maintenance & Reliability: Plan and execute electrical shutdowns, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure system reliabilitySystems & Compliance: Inspect and maintain lighting/lightning systems while ensuring safety and regulatory complianceProject Management: Lead electrical projects end-to-end, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholdersTroubleshooting & Support: Diagnose electrical issues, provide technical guidance, and train staff for basic onsite workTeam, Vendors & Clients: Supervise contractors, mentor team members, and engage clients through reports and presentationsAbout You:Valid LEW Grade 8 (EMA Singapore) with minimum 5 years in industrial/commercial electrical systemsStrong troubleshooting, project management, and team leadership experienceGood communication skills, knowledge of local regulations, and willingness to work during shutdowns (weekends/holidays)Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
